Catherine and Bailie immediately bonded over their shared passion and vision for advancing gender equity in Venture Capital. The pair sought out to build a trusted community of women that felt like an extension of their own teams, where relationships could  transcend the workspace. They officially teamed up to build Capital Collective, a dedicated space where their shared networks could learn, connect, and engage with each other in a meaningful way. They are proud to have founded a curated and thoughtful community for the next generation of women in VC.
